The synergistic use of these essential oils has an excellent balsamic effect which gives relief in the case of difficulty in breathing,is therefore an excellent expectorant essential to calm the cough, also thanks to the excellent antimicrobial and antiseptic power fights the spread of inflammation and infections. It is therefore useful in case of colds, bronchitis, asthma and sinusitis.
How to use:
1) dilute 5 drops of the contents of each bottle of the kit + 5 drops of activactor in 50 ml of Jayanti carrier oil or Jayanti 2in1 Body cream and perform a gentle massage on the chest and abdomen with circulatory movements.
2) pour 3/5 drops of the contents of each bottle of the kit and 300/500 ml of water in aultrasound essential oils diffuser, lie down, relax and inhale the essential oils dispersed in the environment.
3) pour 3/5 drops of the contents of each bottle of the kit n a container with very hot water and make some puffs (steam inhalation)
4) pour 2/4 drops of the contents of each bottle of the kit into the bathtub with hot water and take a relaxing bath.
